Crafted from high-quality Japanese SK5 steel, the blades of the O’Shine Ratchet Miter Shear are treated with hard chrome plating and heat-treated to HRC 52 for optimal sharpness and durability. Each blade is meticulously ground by skilled craftsmen to ensure unparalleled precision. Unique Angle Adjustment Design

The anvil of the O’Shine Ratchet Miter Shear features incised markings for 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°, and 135°. The holes adjacent to the markings allow for quick and precise angle adjustments with just a gentle "click." An internal spring and iron ball mechanism ensures that the fence position remains stable, ensuring accurate cuts every time. Both the anvil and the movable fence are made from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing excellent grip and maneuverability for various thicknesses.

Fast Blade Changing

The O’Shine Ratchet Miter Shear comes with an extra blade in a PP sheath, a hex key, and detailed blade-changing instructions. Replacing the blade is quick and simple, taking less than a minute. Safety is paramount, so remember to wear gloves when using the shear or changing blades.
